1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing ikig.ai studio, you agree to these terms. This service is operated by IKIGAI Hub FZE, based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Users retain 100% full commercial ownership of any images generated through ikig.ai studio. IKIGAI Hub FZE claims no rights over your creations.

3. Use of Service

You agree not to use ikig.ai studio to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

4. Billing and Credits

All billing is handled via the Shopify Billing API. Credits are consumed upon image generation and are non-refundable due to high computational costs.

5. Limitation of Liability

ikig.ai studio is provided "as is". IKIGAI Hub FZE is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of AI-generated content.
